Kirat Rai Yaokkha Japan, Tokyo opposes to "Koshi" which was passed by conspiracy in 2079/11/17 without discussion by the Provincial Assembly of Province 1.

We apologize for the technical error in the convention poster released by KRY Japan on November 29th. Since it is a historic convention, we would like to inform you that the name of the unopposed convention will be "Historical Second Convention" after forming a central committee with all the regional committees.
