Kirat Rai Yayokkha Japan Elects New Central Executive Committee

Tokyo, Japan - February 22, 2026

The Third Central General Convention of Kirat Rai Yayokkha Japan, held on February 22, 2026, successfully concluded with the election of a new Central Executive Committee to lead the organization for its upcoming term.

During the convention, representatives and members gathered to review the organization’s activities and strengthen its commitment to preserving and promoting the rich culture, traditions, and identity of the Kirat Rai community in Japan.

The convention elected Mr. Sudan Rai as the new President of Kirat Rai Yayokkha Japan. Alongside him, a dedicated team of office bearers and members has been entrusted with the responsibility of leading the organization forward.

The newly elected officials are:

•President: Sudan Rai

•Senior Vice President: Sabin Rai

•Vice Presidents: Basan Rai, Sakun Rai, Pradip Rai

•General Secretary: Naresh Rai

•Secretaries: Nisan Rai, Bisal Rai

In addition, several other members were elected to the Central Executive Committee.

Kirat Rai Yayokkha Japan has extended heartfelt congratulations to all newly elected officials and members. The organization expressed its confidence that the new leadership will work with dedication and unity to further strengthen the community, promote Kirat Rai heritage, and contribute positively to the Nepali diaspora in Japan.The organization also wished the entire committee a successful and productive tenure ahead.
