Tree Plantation Program Organized on the Occasion of the 38th Foundation day of Kirat Rai Yayokkha

On the occasion of its 38th Foundation day. Kirat Rai Yayokkha organized a tree plantation program in Gokarneshwar Municipality as part of its commitment to environmental conservation and community responsibility.

The program took place at Ward No. 4, Jagdol (Gokarna Forest Area) in Kathmandu on Thursday afternoon at 2:00 PM, where members of the organization, local representatives, and community participants gathered to plant trees and promote ecological awareness.Organized by the Central Working Committee of Kirat Rai Yayokkha, the initiative aimed to mark the organization’s anniversary through a meaningful environmental activity. 

Participants highlighted the importance of tree plantation in maintaining ecological balance, protecting biodiversity, and contributing to a sustainable future.Speaking on the occasion, representatives of the organization emphasized that environmental protection is a shared responsibility of society.

 They noted that such programs not only celebrate institutional milestones but also encourage collective action toward safeguarding nature.The tree plantation program forms part of the broader activities commemorating the 38th anniversary of Kirat Rai Yayokkha, reaffirming the organization’s dedication to cultural preservation, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship.Officials also expressed gratitude to all participants and supporters who contributed to making the program successful.
